WHAT DOES RUSTY SAVOIE CHARGE?
The law allows your attorney to take 20% of your weekly workers’ compensation check. I do not. My fee is 20% of any settlement if, down the road, I am able to settle your claim. Some cases don’t settle and often I advise clients not to settle if a future surgery is recommended and they don’t have health insurance or Medicaid. If no settlement, you don’t owe me anything. I have plenty of clients I help without ever receiving a fee, which is fine with me.
